I’m a self-worth coach, compassion educator, and, most importantly, a human who has struggled with all of the items listed above.

I use tools like neuroplasticity, self-compassion, nervous system regulation, and mindfulness (amongst other tools) to improve self-worth, move through imposter syndrome, change how we think about stress, and create positive change.

When we regularly practice self-criticism, we're engaging with our body's threat defense system. This aspect of our reptilian brain is the quickest and most easily triggered when experiencing a threat. This means that self-criticism is our go-to when things go wrong. Our fight-flight-freeze response works well for protecting against physical threats, but nowadays, most of the threats we encounter are challenges to our challenges to our self-perception and identity.

Cultivating self-worth and self-compassion, along with using other science-backed tools, we can move from the stress response to a more nurturing and restful response. By activating our parasympathetic, these tools provide us with a sense of safety and give us the ability to respond.

What does a consultation call with me look like?

During the call, we’ll discuss what challenges you’d like to overcome through coaching, and you’ll have time to share what’s currently going on for you. I’ll walk you through my high-level process and the tools I use so you can create the results you want. We’ll discuss the impact this might have on your life and your goals, and if there’s a fit, we’ll have a conversation about working together.
